Return Policy

We hold the right to terminate the contract or order at any time until the order has been delivered for any reason and refund the customer in full.

If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange or refund. 

We will refund any item you are not happy with providing you return the item to us in its original condition within 14 working days of receiving your order and notifying us that you no longer require the item, the item must be in the same packaging and have all the tags attached as received. Please print and use the return form and enclose in your return parcel. Return postage is not covered by us and shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. 

If an item is returned to us that has clear signs of wear, including the garment label being removed, stains/ makeup/fake tan marks and strong odours or perfume on the garment a refund will be refused.

Final Sale Items cannot be returned.

 Everything in our store has been carefully selected and quality checked before being dispatched. 

If the item you have purchased is faulty, please email us at info@darelingerieofficial.com within 14 working days of receiving your order with photos of the fault, you then have a further 14 days to send the item back to us after the date you notified of the fault or return. We will then investigate the issue and an exchange for the same item ordered (Colour and size must be the same as initial order) or refund at our discretion only. If 30 days has passed then a replacement will be sent if found to be faulty. Direct messages on our instagram page are not monitored nor deemed as a form of notification of fault. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item under all circumstances. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers outside of the U.K. may be charged customs or import duties unfortunately, these charges are out of Dare Lingerie's hands, and vary widely from country to country, so we're unable to predict what your particular charges may be. For more accurate information, we would suggest getting in touch with your local customs office so you're not surprised if there are any unexpected delivery charges at your end. If you choose to refuse your parcel and not pay these fee's, you will not be offered a refunded unless the parcel is received back to us in 14 days of the purchase date.
